    Here's a very old 3Delight render that I made with a dial spun V4.2 character.

    I still occasionally use my favourite V3 character, Jim Burton's Glamorous Vickie 3. It is amazing how these old characters can react under new rendering conditions, making V3 look much better than she ever did in the past.

    The 'New Makeup' image with Vickie wearing a cat over her face was the best I could do in 2006 with DS 1.3. I used the Poser Cat and a home made texture to make him look a little like our old Albert (my Avatar) and GV3. Took my woefully inadequate PC of the time 20+ hours.

    Then there is the effect of new & improved rendering engines on faster PC's. The second image is GV3 wearing the swimsuit used on her official DAZ sale page (with Iray blue flake car paint material) rendered with DS4.10 & Iray and a few tweaks to make the skin work with some Iray 'Uber' settings. The glass thing in her right hand is a twin interlocking mobius strip. The skin textures are the same, but you can hardly believe it.
