Body markings and spots?

I have an alien I'm building and she needs tiny spots - kind of like Trill markings. But I've search the content store and the interwebs and I'm coming up empty. Does no one use freckles or body spots? Or am I overlooking a tool or something that I should be using instead? Newb help! Any advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance!!

Well, from my experience, copying your texture and physically putting spots on in a program like GIMP or Photoshop is what I like to do, but there are other methods too.
