Explain me please about the todays promotion:

I understand if I buy any releases wich has green mark "New", no matter if it has already discount or not, I can buy any 2 releases marked "Daz originals" for 1.99$, providing they are not marked as "new" OR only those "Daz original" releases wich already has 59% promotion?

No, if you buy a new release (which indeed seems to be "any item marked new" not just today's new releases) you can buy 2 releases from the "SELECT DAZ ORIGINALS" section for 1.99$ each, not any Daz Originals.
