How to import DS Characters into Carrara 8.5

I am trying to import characters from Daz Studio 4.6 into Carrara 8.5. I created a content library from the individual files I opened in Carrara, I grouped the clothing with the characters and added them to the content folder. I then began to drag from that folder into the scene area, the 1st character came in ok and the others wirh their clothes hanging half way off. Can anyone explain why this happening and how to fix and/or stop this from happening in the future
