Using DAZ3D content in trailer

I'm using this because it seems my emails are not getting answered.

I want to use some of the content available in the DAZ3D store in trailer for I game I am developing.
My questions is: Do I need to buy the "Indie Game Developer License" if I am only using these assets in the trailer, or is their use in the trailer covered by the standard licence given when I buy the models?

Thank you.

It very much depends on how you are going to be using them

If any of the model mesh is used and be redistributed, then you would need the game developers license. If however you are only using renders, or 2D sprites, then the license would not be necessary.

Well, for now, I would only need the models for the trailer of my Kickstarter project.

After I get my funding I would like to use the models in the game too, but the "Indie Game Developer License" only covers original DAZ content and RawArt content. What do I do if the content I want to use belongs to another artist on DAZ? (Stonemason for example)

You can't use it, unless you contact each PA and come to an agreement with them.

And is there any way to contact them? I don't see any kind of messaging system here aide from the forums.

Top left of the forum panel, It says PM in a box and next to it are the words Private Messages. The PM box lights up when you get one sent to you. Also if you find a post by the member in question, you can click on "PM'' under their name on the left.
