I am getting annoying poke through from the Elven Dress on the right leg and the cape. Moving the parameters only makes it worse. Any ideas? Thanks.

I had the exact same issue. I'll play with the Elven dress after I eat dinner.
Tip one. Pose your figure before you load the Dress. Then with the Dress selected use the MOVE section in the Parameters tab. Go slow and let the collisions update fully until you get the dress posed. You then add the Belt set to the DRESS not genesis, and then the Cloak also set to the Dress and not genesis. I hope this helps. I get good results using a combo of Forwards and Outs in the Dress Moves section.
Oh, we're supposed to pose the figure before we load the dress? I guess I'm so used to putting pants on my figures. Thanks for the tip.
Well you don't have to Pose the figure first but to me its much faster than waiting on the collision updates. The layering of items is a trick that works well for other clothing sets as well.
Another Tip. Look out for those poses that will be very close to touching other parts of the body, you will need to edit those as collision does not work well when the figure is too close to another part of the figure. Like a Hand on a thigh. You will need a GAP there or the clothing will mess up but good.
It is getting better. Had to move the leg back a bit and move the left arm out from the side. The bottom right of the cape looks odd though.
Well, yep. This Dress is designed for Ladies. High Elf Ladies at that. Think more along the lines of that courtly style of you never see their feet move type walking when you use this item. It will make your life much easier.
Don't know if you've tried this already, but in addition to the movement morphs, the dress and cape have bones/nodes that you can select and pose (bend, etc.). I've had to do that when using these items with various poses.
