    Hello!

I use a Wacom Intuos 5 and it works perfectly with Hexagon 2.5

Thanks for the reply!! I will be getting one just working out which one to get, how many button/mouse commands can you assign to the pen?

The standard Wacom pen has 2 buttons. I have assigned them as right and middle mouse button. And if you turn the pen around, it works as an eraser.

If you buy the Wacom with physical tablet buttons (you can program), you also have a software "pinwheel" set of almost unlimited keystroke shortcuts that can be several layers deep...probably more than you could want.
