I'm trying to import my DAZ Studio scene (.duf) to Carrara 8.5. Everything is well excepts one thing: I can't import Scoopback MiniDress and it even cause the Carrara crash. When I deleted that dress, import was succesful.
Here's the log:

What to do?

Is it dynamic? Otherwise it looks as if something with it couldn't be found. Is the file path broken?

No, the required file is placed just where it should be.

    Carrara 8.5 doesn't like duplicated files .

Nope. Not dynamic. I don't have C8.5 or .duf so what help I can offer is limited. You could attempt to re-export from D/S and try and import the new file into Carrara.

are you getting a warning from DS that you have duplicated file for Scoopback MiniDress ?
if you are it will not work in C8.5 .

Well, you got it into .duf format once right? Just do it again, following bigh's advice on not using a duplicate. I can't really help beyond that. Sorry.

Yes, it is. I've just found a script that fixes duplicated files. It helped, and now I can import the dress. The only problem is that it appears as grey object and I can't use "Materials" subfolder to set the texture.

I can't. No materials for Scoopback MiniDress in any Smart Content folder. It's only accessible via Content tab.
