Disconsolation Lights!

My 3D Spin

How do i turn on the lights in the Environment Disconsolation.

I tried in the material section and also looked in Surface tab but nothing
turns the lights on! I see in the promo images that its possible!

                 I only have a Set to choose to load it! And then there is Props and Materials
