Request for returning an item - no response!?

Hello!

I have submitted a help request for returning an item (to sales department, everything as always). This was 5 days ago now.
Since then I have not got any answer or response of any kind. It never took that long.

What can/shall I do in that case??

    They WILL get back to you. I've returned a lot of items and it does take them some time, but they are very good about eventually getting back.

    I will say though, with the time lag, I started keeping track of my return requests just so my brain didn't get lost in the shuffle ;-)

    Oh! And a couple of times (Christmas was a flurry of great sales) it did take TWO requests for return.

    So, should I wait some more days or submit a second request?

    With the money I am getting back I want to buy some new items and I want to grab them as long as they are on intruduction sale. So I hope it does not take too long :-)

    I hear you but that's your call. I went ahead an purchased what I wanted and then waited for the credit to hit my card.

    The big thing to keep in mind is that the people at DAZ 3D only work in the offices during the week. Not on weekends. So to the DAZ 3D staff they have only had 3 working days to handle all the tickets this week. That includes any backlog they may have, which would be handled first, and then new tickets as they get to them in the order they were received.
