Mimic pro for Carrara issues

I'm a total newbie at Carrara, had it less than a week. I finally got mimic pro installed correctly, works great with V4 but on the genesis chracter the teeth and tongue come completely out of the head...any ideas here?
Secondly, there are no DMC files for the genesis 2 figures...whats up with that?
