Hello every body,
I'm pleased to present to you "Guardians of The Flame" for Genesis and Genesis 2. It is a 6 pieces outfit dedicated to fantasy characters. The style of the outfit, the morphs and the textures available, makes it suitable to cover a lot of situations, as shown in the promo images. Guardians of The Flame for Genesis 2 Outfit includes Boots, Pants, a Skirt as legs armor, a Plastron, a Shirt and Gloves.

You're welcome to post here for any questions or comments concerning this outfit... And I also enjoy seeing other people's renders ;)

The product can be found here :
For Genesis 2 : http://www.daz3d.com/new-releases/guardians-of-the-flame-for-genesis-2
For Genesis : http://www.daz3d.com/new-releases/guardians-of-the-flame-for-genesis
For the bundle of the two : http://www.daz3d.com/new-releases/guardians-of-the-flame-bundle

For the ReadMe's of each of them you have :
For Genesis 2 : http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/read_me/index/18261/start
For Genesis : http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/read_me/index/18260/start

If you want to see it "moving" you can find a small video I made at a very very late stage of development here : http://youtu.be/nzKt7obfwU8

I made it compatible with as many characters I possibly could, and I really hope you'll like creating with this outfit.
From all the details bellow, what I think has to be remembered is that :
1. DAZ users : chose pants as the collision item of the shirt and it will be magical!
2. Poser users : you have to check "match end point when conforming" conforming option when used on G2 females version in poser (for instance on the pants : you load your pants, select the Pant's "Body" and in "properties" you check the corresponding option).

Now for the very curious ones more details :

Let's talk about versions : You have Genesis and Genesis 2 versions.
Genesis is naturally compatible with all (you can have a look at the morph list for details) "classical" male and female figures of the genesis family. For the females I added manual morphs in order to cover their breasts if you prefer.
Genesis 2 Male version has been made compatible with Genesis 2 Females, so you can use on all your G2 figures. Same as for Genesis, manual breast morphs are included on the plastron level to hide them if you prefer. Even if you use it on G2 females, the outfit is located under Genesis 2 Male.
Most Genesis and Genesis 2 figures are included, and other shapes should be also fine with auto-follow and the adjustment morphs provided.

Let's talk about colours : you can find several texture families, for the family names, the first colour is, in order to summarize, the "fabric" colour, the second one the "leather" colour. All the textures are high resolution (4096x4096) to allow close up.
So you have :
Blue over Brown, Green over Brown, Red Over Brown, (the browns are not the same for each of them), Red Over Blue, White over Black, and Black over white. I also added one other colour option for the boots... just because I liked it.
In each of the families, you have sub-options allowing you to invert "fabric" and "leather" colours on the gloves (each gloves work separately, - and can be hidden) and on the skirt. A third material has been added on the skirt for sharp close-ups. I kept it since it was better for close up, but less nice than the default texture from far. You'll decide!

Let's talk about morphs :
You'll find many characters, style and adjustment morphs organized by categories. There are really a lot of morphs!

Let's talk about skirt : I have designed it so that if you use the pant as the collision item of it (in parameters, mesh smoothing), you will never have problem. For poser users, I have carefully painted the weight maps to minimise the poke of the pant in the skirt, and the adjustments morphs I added help you to put the skirt out of the pants in case it is required.

Let's talk about breasts :
For Females, the "plastron covering the breast" should require nothing else for DAZ users since the smoothing modifier will compensate the breast deformation when the arms are moving. For poser users, I have introduce morphs dedicated to correct the covering of the breast when arms are up and down.

Let's talk about Poser with Genesis 2 Females :
For Genesis on Poser, I don't remember anything particular, you're quiet. For Genesis 2 Females, there is a very important thing to remember : you have to check "match end points when conforming" on each elements of the outfit, after loading them on a G2 female shape. It might change with eventual updates softwares or DSON import, but for now, it works this way.

For Genesis 2 version morphs "Legacy 5 shapes and growing up for genesis 2 males" : If required I'll update my outfits morphs as soon as the other's content developers will update their base morphs on the characters. There are easy solutions in the meantime, just ask me.

Let's talk about fun :
I made my best for this outfit to be a pleasure to be used in a large panel of situation. So don't forget to have fun with it!
