what is the largest number of pixel dimensions you can use in rendering?

in photography one of the photo's qualities are determined by you image sensor size and pixel dimensions.

For example one camera with 16.2 effective megapixelshas a resolution of (4928 × 3280 pixels).

This lets you zoom in and crop a photo image a lot.

In DS there doesn't seem to be a limit on the number of pixels you can make your image into. You can type in whatever you want when you go through the rendering tab.

It is kind of like making your own mega pixel camera.

Anyways, how high can I set the pixel dimensions? so that I can have the best possible image ersolution after render?

The largest render you can make in DAZ Studio, using 3Delight, is 10,000 x 10,000 pixels.

That's because you are essentially bypassing the sensor and directly generating the image data.

Be warned, increasing the pixel dimensions WILL increase render times and not necessarily linearly...but not quite logarithmically, either. (doubling the size doesn't quite cause a 4x increase in render time)
