Hello! This is a movie that I made about the Trojan War story with Daz Studio and the game Total War Rome 2.

I didn't render anything. I used screen record program. Characters created with Daz Studio. Faces made with facegen. It took me 4 months to finish it. Enjoy!

Congratulations on such an epic project. I'll admit that I haven't watched it all the way through though.

While it certainly saves time, screen grabbing DAZ, rather than rendering, has lost you a great deal in the images. You don't get shadow and bump resolution and there are jumps where the auto smoothing initiates.

The material from different sources has a distinctive different look, which is unfortunate and would have benefited from some post processing to give a more cohesive feel.

Finally, have a surf for "The rule of thirds" and "The golden ratio". Putting characters slap bang in the middle of the frame can be a bit uncomfortable. ( This wasn't the reference I was really after but it does work https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=WVaG_ZDI4zc )

My Golden Rules Camera prop works in DS4.6.2.188 and has both the rule of thirds and the golden ratio overlays in it. I use it in my own work, It works very easy and will even work in full Animation use. Here is a link if you like Golden Rules.

Thank you! I just wanted to save time that'w why I used a screen record program. I knew that the movie wouldn't have shadows and the picture of the video would't be the best. Anyway, thanks for the tips!

Hello! The next movie that I'm going to make will be the Odyssey. I don't know when I'm going to start, but I hope that it will be ready until summer.
