Registration?

I downloaded Carrara Pro onto a new computer, but for some reason everytime I log on now it's asking me to put in my name and serial number and doesn't have any of my Runtimes auto populated. I then have to put in my name and serial number again and populate the run times. Is there something I need to do inside of Carrara so that it remembers me?

This never happened on my old machine. Not sure what's up.

    What version of Carrara, what OS, and where is Carrara installed? You may need to Run as Administrator one time to change the settings.

    It's Carrara Pro 7.2 on Windows 7. It's installed in the Program files. Thanks!

    As has been suggested, you may need to run in an administrator mode when entering the serial numbers. This may have less to do with Carrara, and more to do with the OS security and permissions.
