Purchased blank-boi, but nowhere to be found. Not in people or figures :/ HELP

I bought this Blank-Boi http://www.daz3d.com/blank-boi through paypal (order# 101504959) and two sets of poses that came out to 20$. Then I used the download manager. Opened It is nowhere to be found. I even when back and redownloaded them. It is not in ALL, PEOPLE, or FIGURES. I puchased other things which I found. But it is just the Blank-boi. What are some possible problems?

    Poser Format Figure look in Content Library>Poser Formats>My Library>Figures

    Open the Content Library (may need to do a layout change in Studio) and go to Poser Formats...he should be under Figures...
