Character converter acts strangely

Hi
I bought the Character converter from G3f to G8f and i converted my first Character. That worked fine
and is still ok when i load it. Then i converted the Hag witch for G3 to G8 and that worked fine as well.
The third and fourth Character i converted looked good as they where converting but when it
finalized them they came out as the Hag Witch??  I tried several times and same result. Even though i
have deleted the Hag witch. Any explenation?

Also in the folder i keep them the thumbs looks like the correct Character but when i load them
its the same old Hag Witch!

Now i also reinstalled the converter and it still only converts the last Character i converted?? Every time!
