Script to batch convert Poser mat files to Daz material presets?

Hi -- before I start converting my Poser mats to Daz presets manually, I'd like to make sure that I'm not missing a script that will automate this for me. A search through the forums didn't pick anything up, so I figured I'd ask. Does something like this exist? Thanks.

    DS4+ will read pz2/mc6 files. They'll apply textures, but will ignore procedural shaders.

    To convert mt5 to mc6, open the file and change actor $CURRENT to mtlcollection and resave the file as an mc6. This is much easier if you have a notepad app that allows editing/saving across multiple files (editplus allow this, and I believe notepad+ does too).
