DS 4.6 Beta says OpenGL out of date help

Hi,

After I installed the DS 4.6 Beta Public Build to my laptop (windows 7, 64bit) I went to use it. It gave me the error message that my OpenGL is out of date. Specifically, it says I have v1.1 and I need v1.3. Any ideas on how I can fix this issue? I've done the best I can searching for answers with Google, but all I'm getting is possible scams and fake software.

Download GLView here: http://www.realtech-vr.com/glview/download.php
It will tell you who the manufacturer of your graphics card is and whether there are updated drivers.

Yeah, I'm finding that my graphics chip is some how a custom one and intel isn't keen on updating it. Thanks anyway though.
