Please help with basic animation

I am in the middle of a move from UK to Canada but currently on Lockdown in the UK. All my Carrara DVD tutorials and my main computer are in bonded storage in Canada. I currently have a very old laptop and carrara 7. I want to play with animation but can't find a suitable tutorial. Haven't used Carrara for years and just need a kickstart to refresh my memory. Can someone point me to a tutorial that shows the very basic animation procedure.
