the skin of V5 look like grey around the mouth and the finger.

This is the old way of SSS - Subsurface Scattering - there was no way to use different subsurface groups then.
Go into the Material Room (advanced) and change the Subsurface group for the teeth, inner mouth, tongue gums and the Sclera, Iris, pupil and lacrimal to 2.
