Just want a ballpark idea of what would be the average charge for a professional flash .swf file of about 60 frames created using DAZ Studio or Poser for a business using Kiosks.

I can't speak for others , But I start at about a $100 for a 60 to 80 key-frames . 720 hd' at 24 kfps 25 second SWF loop with no actionscripts . and I will include the FLA as well in case it needs to be modified for HTML5 by someone else. later on. I also charge a pro rate for swf file that are going to be used for google ad-word starting at around $30 for a 5 to 15 second file up to 25 keyframes 21/2'' x 21/2'' at 24 kfps, But those are just starting points and I create the art work with Illustrator most of the time.
I'm not sure how your creating your flash files, I will import my daz renders as PGN files into Adobe fireworks to create the layout in a layered PGN for flash with lower weight and I can add web slices in fireworks to the PNG if i have to add links to the art work. and then bridge or import it into flash pro timeline so I can add action scripts to the swf file if I need to make it interactive with start/stop/replay buttons and navigation links. this will up your creation time and you should charge accordingly for the extra time involved.
You never mentioned how it was going to be displayed in the kiosk. I assume its for advertisement or introduction of a product and will be a animated loop, if so then it would not require action script and a $100 bucks would be a fair starting point., I was just wondering will it be used on the internet as well? If so each factor in creating a flash file can increase the price of the finished product.
If its for a interactive web page like a web site start page . I would use Adobe Flex or flash catalyst instead of Flash Pro. it will make your work flow much easier & faster with less coding to get the same results for interaction for the internet & mobil devices I hope that helps a little.
Good Luck :)
