Finding the material associated with a Material Group

I'm stumped again, and wondering if anyone can help me.

Every DzFacet has a material group index, telling which DzMaterialFaceGroup it belongs to. But how to tell which DzMaterial each DzMaterialFaceGroup is associated with? It's possible to make this association with the information in the DSON, but I cannot find a way to do it from the C++ API.
