Dynamic Cloth/Poser

Does anyone have any idea where I can find an english-written tut for using this stuff? I have tried over and over again and I can never seem to do ANYTHING with dynamic cloth without Poser crashing to the desktop (so I'm sure some of my settings are just not right/too high/SOMETHING! lol) I've searched all over the place for tuts on dynamics, too... but can't seem to find much?

Thanks, lol... you'd think after 10 yrs of doing this artwork I'd know how to find something as simple as a bloody tutorial...yeesh!

And if poser crashing, do you have more items in the scene, when calculating simulation?
