Missing References in Smart Content after latest update

So, I did a Daz Studio 4.6 update throughout the night last night, which I thought was good.

Now, I woke up this morning to see that the references in the Smart Content tab are all broken for most of my content, like Genesis and most of its basics for example.

The thing is, the files are already in their proper folders and I have not touched them at all, not to mention that the Content Library works just fine as it is.

What is going on and how to fix this? Refer to the picture for an illustration of my problem.

It looks like there are 2 references to everything -- do a "Search Known Directories For Content", that will clear out the bad references.

Thanks for the solution, but where is the "Search Known Directories For Content" option?

Options menu on the Content Library pane (rectangle with horizontal lines in the upper corner).

I did what you suggested, but it is not working.

Remember that this is Smart Content panel, not the Content Library panel.

Hmm, it should carry through to the Smart Content panel as well. In that same options menu, click "Content DB Maintenance", tick the boxes for "Remove Orphaned References" and "Remove Unmapped Base Paths and Orphans" and see if that clears them.

    1) Have you made your own categories or metadata? If you have, and you haven't exported user data, export it now.
    2) Reset the database
    3) Re-Import metadata

    That worked. Thanks.
