DAZ Studio: Undo/Redo in Animate 2

Ok, maybe a stupid question, but it seems Animate 2 doesn't support Undo/Redo (for example, undoing deletion of keyframes). Or am I missing something?

No your not. It just does not support it. The AniMate Guide explains that, if you edit key frames in a AniBlock all changes you make are forever. All you can do is reload the AniBlock if you make a mistake.

Bummer. I guess this means DAZ Studio isn't usable for anything but basic animations. DAZ should really really improve DAZ Studio in that regard.

DAZ 3D did not make AniMate, it is made by Go-Figure and is sold by DAZ 3D. And DAZ Studio was not built as a Animation platform but has some tools. The Very name Implies DAZ Studio is a photo type Studio. Before DS 4 we had even less tools to Animate with. It is growing in power as the program advances.

    Hi Jaderail,

Additional question: If I create the animation in Carrara, is it possible/easy to import it in DAZ Studio? (I'm thinking about a front crawl animation).

    Thanks
