Trip Thru Time Archer Outfit?

I got really excited when I saw the graphic for the Trip Thru Time Sale. I expected to see the archer outfit - which features in 50% of the ad, but I failed to see it. Was it released or is this one of those tricky promo shops where 90% of the graphic is something OTHER than the item for sale? Anyone know what outfit that is?
