Help! I just bought and downloaded Hexagon question

HI All,

Ok, I just downloaded Hexagon 2.5 and it wants a serial number.
I didn't receive one when I purchased it.
Help, please...I looked at my transaction info and didn't see a serial number.

What do I do ?

    I have pasted the SN found on the My Serial Numbers page for Hexagon 2.5 into the box requesting it and get an error message: Invalid License.

    be sure you have no space at each end
    some times you can't tell

    Good though. Not it, though.

    Seems as though the number listed is too short for the mask.

    As I appear to have bought Hexagon twice I have 2 serial numbers in my account, and yes one of them has quite a few more characters than the other one.

    I can't remember which I used when I installed Hex on this machine, and the SN doesn't show on the splash screen.

    A support ticket may help for you.

    there should be 6 sets of numbers for Hex 2.5
    I think you got the number for Hex or Hex 2 if you didn't

    When I was searching for a solution, I found that you can't copy/paste your password, you HAVE to type it in. And yes, with the spaces.
    That will fix it for you.

    Did you try CTRL+C - CTRL+V, I'm sure I did it that way in the past.
