hello, first of all sorry for my english which comes from a translator
I created a head with face builder on blender using HQ photos with soft light and the result suits me perfectly on blender. when i import it on daz i have a problem of too white texture with iray. I of course created the bump and normal but it does not change my problem. the only solution I have found for the moment is to change the diffusion color but it completely distorts the result. I think the problem comes from the shader so my question is: how to convert a simple obj with a jpeg skin so that it looks good on daz Iray?

Texturs don't need to be converted.
You will use them in the render engine of choice.
You may take as example the G8F skin to see how you can use the uber shader for your own characters. Not that it is the only way nor the best, but that's a start. For more advanced setups you may like to check Victoria 8 or other characters you like. Then you may also be interested to the photorealism discussion in the daz studio forum.
Be aware that getting nice skins from iray is not easy that's one of the reasons to pass to blender.

Thank you very much Padone I succeeded
I specify for those who will find this discussion that to have the same shader as G8 you have to apply the shader "Simple skin" then the Shader "!Iray Uber base"
After that you have to create the same map as G8 and make the same settings to get something correct
If you import your model with iray active it should already get the uber shader. Then you can just copy and paste materials.
