Wanted/hiring digital artists

I am highly seeking out a skilled artist out there who’d be willing to spend their time to make personal art for me. This or these artists would be reimbursed for their time and effort guaranteed. I unfortunately do not have the opportunity at the moment to have the time and tools to learn this myself. It would be great but I can’t and for that anyone out there who has the tools and time that would do this for me, I would be so grateful. Thanks!
