Additional aniblocks always start from starting pose

Hi.

My problem is i apllied an aniblock on the animate lite timeline, so far so good but than i added a second one, and it went back to the starting pose, than started the second aniblock animation.

I want the second block to continue from the end of the first one (she moved in the firt one, second one is a gesture after she stops).
