Daz to Unity bridge functionality

What all does the Daz to Unity bridge do as it's functionality?
For example, another product I'm familiar with (I was told not to mention competitive products by name) takes care of the retopology step as well as creating several LOD's automagicly, is this, or other functionality, handled by the bridge? Or can I expect to need to do those things manually if I want them? I've tried to download the 2M documentation file but it fails each time.
I'm also curious if there are any "gotcha" surprises that others have run into using the bridge.
As always, I appreciate any insight that others can offer!

The main thing the bridge does is convert materials for you, it does not optimize the assets or bake anything down (no retopo, no material squashing, no atlasing, etc). We currently support a few of the more popular shaders used in daz and many of the assets work pretty well.
The bridge is free, so I'd encourage you to check it out and see if it works for you.
Also, not sure why you're having trouble with downloading the doc, but here is a link to it on google drive instead: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ROxJAaCm5GLwpeqSyH50SHSvL4L_cKZp/view?usp=sharing
But I want to kown how to install it ... what does it mean??? which path should I add to ?
