Posing Camera keeps creating keyframes

I accidentally clicked the key icon in camera controls in my posing camera. So it will have animating on for the posing camera, but when I turn animating off I cant move the posing camera but with it on I can move it but it keeps creating animation keyframes. How do I return my posing camera back to normal?

    I'm not sure what you mean when you say "posing camera". But I do know that key frames are not saved for the Perspective Camera. I always use Perspective Camera to look around my scene from different angles to move props into position or pose characters. Then I switch to the camera I want to use to render and render the animation.

    Edit - sorry my answer was for DS. Now I see you are using Poser.

    Did you uncheck Animating in the Properties tab for the Posing Camera?

    You can also delete keyframes in the Animation Palette...
