"Rawart" Dog World V4...a tale of no tail

Greetings and salutations,

Has anyone else had a problem getting the tail to appear on the model with any of the Dog World products? I've tried Jackal, Wolf, and Fox but cannot seem to get a tail on the model no matter what I do.
Any ideas would be appreciated!

    Do you have the Creature Creator Add-on? That is the package that provides the tail object.
