edited March 2020 in Freebies

At last my new website is ready - Wilmap's Digital Creations.

http://www.wilmapsdigitalcreations.co.uk

Here you will find ALL of my Free items, sorted into Categories, so they are easier to find. They all have Metadata added, so they should appear in the Smart Content pane.

New items will only be added here from now on, and the zips that are on ShareCG will eventually be removed, but the links will remain.

You will need to register to be able to download, comment etc.

Please bare with us until any teething problems are sorted out. Any problems with the site please contact the webmaster and we will get it fixed as soon as possible.

Hope to see you at the new website.

Congratulations on the new website, it looks really neat and easy to navigate - fast too (grabbed the new G2F dress).
Oh and thanks for the added Metadata.

The clean interface and fast loading pages are a pleasure to browse through. May I offer a suggestion? I didn't see the mention of DAZ Studio any place on the page, but I think it would be helpful to add a reference and link to it. People who stumble upon your site may not understand what "Genesis" is and not know what your items are for.

Good point. I know every upload is associated to either DS 4 or DS 4.6.

I'll get my son to look into it.

Congratulations on the new site! You're bucking the trend here - while maintaining my links page, I see more personal sites disappearing than I see new ones these days.

I'm happy to report that the V4 skirts also work in Poser. I suspect the V4 dresses would too, but I haven't tried them yet. The knee length skirt even works nicely as a hybrid in the cloth room, as you can see in this little scene I whipped up in my lunch hour. (The mini skirt won't simulate well since it's double sided.)

The V4 items were saved as cr2s so they should work in Poser. I don't think the textures will work though, unless they are applied manually. As I don't have Poser I can't check to see.

    Nice render.

Thanks! You're right, I had to apply the texture manually. I made material library files for future use. I'll PM you about the CR2s.

Having everything in categories according to character type is lovely.

I've registered and am raring to go.

    Congratulations, Wendy!

    Wow! Look at that!

That's good to know, since I own both Poser and D/S.

Thanks for pointing that out, English Bob!

Wilmap, your new site is great, and thanks for all your freebies over the years. But I just tried to log in to your site with the same info i registered with, and it is saying it is invalid. I even used chrome to save/memorize user name and password, so I know it is not being typed in wrong. Is this a glitch with the site?

Is your user name on the site 3wcomics?

Thank you wilmap. I must visit family this weekend, so perhaps Monday I'll get a chance to check out the new outfit.

wwes, I've noticed some confusion between browser save features and some sites. resulting in the browser trying to log you in with your email address, instead of the user name you picked for the site. Just a thought.
    (edit)
Forgive me wilmap for saying this. I am just a fan of wilmap's artworks, I am not that David. lol.
    (edit2)
I'm really liking that waist-fit morph. I wish more stuff elsewhere by others had that.

Problem solved. I was trying to log in with my email, not my user name. Thanks again.
