Suggestions on how to add an image to a thought bubble?

I have an image in mind I would like to create: a person is thinking, and there is a thought bubble. He is thinking of a specific scene, so rather than words the thought bubble is another image. I have photoshop and I figure there must be a way to do this but I can't figure it out. Does anyone have any suggestions?

something like this
I rendered the images as a PNG with nothing in the scene. This keeps the Alpha intact. Choose a background colour that is similar to your speech bubbles as the PNG will have a fine outline in the colour around the object. However if you render it big you can use the Defringe tool in Photoshop to remove it. Then it is just a case of resizing and layering to the images together.
That looks pretty much like what I'm looking for, but I'm not very adept with photoshop. Can you give me a walktrhough if it isn't too much trouble? Ideally, I was thinking of being able to create the thought bubble using the photoshop tool to do so (looks cartoony) and crop whatever isn't inside the bubble.
Ok to save me going over what you need what do you know?
Do you know how to change the background colour in Daz Studio?
How to load a Speech Bubble Brush and do you have some?
Do you know how to layer renders in Photoshop?
1. Yes, but what I want to put in the bubble is a whole scene, not an object as in your example
2. Yes
3. no
Well that makes it even easier. Whay OS are you using Windows or Mac. I don't know Macs at all.
open your render layers in the folder you stored them it
Open Photoshop
Select your renders in the folder and simply drag and drop them into Photoshop
Select your main render in Photoshop and then drag and drop the speech bubble render on to the main render. Or use Copy and Paste Ctrl + C for copy and Ctrl+V to paste the speech bubble layer.
Since the bubble render is a full scene there is no need for the Defringe tool however is will have sharp edges with it being sq. You can soften the edges by using the eraser tool set to a low opacity.
It may help me better if I can see the full bubble render. Then I can show how to soften the edges buy using a shape.
Ok...I did something along those lines. I put a thought bubble in the image, copied the bubble image to the first image so it covered the entire bubble and saved it. then used the clone stamp tool and the first image to copy the borders of the bubble to the second image. Thanks for your help.
If you are happy then I am happy. I would have taken screen shots but I am rendering and my resources are low..just enough left for the net
