Striations are usually down to shading rate or scale - given that you are fairly zoomed out, so that the figure is relatively small in the viewport, you probably need to lower the Shading rate a bit from the default. Make sure that you use the same value on all surfaces with the same Group ID or you will get unexpected results.
Now I remember. We can adjust the shading rate and shading scale of the skin surface/texture.

Edit: 111jack suggested lowering “Shading rate” from 6 to 2 and increasing “Shading scale” from 0.5 to 1
