Whenever I try downloading Hexagon from DazCentral, I click 'install', and it just flashes the percentage and then shows 'install' again. How can i fix?

FWIW, I too have had trouble downloading various things in recent days, weeks. Just got a generic e-mail from Daz, acknowledging various problems.
