Install Manager won't install daz to 3ds max bridge

Hi. I recently tried to install daz to 3ds max bridge and it has halted with an intall error dialogue as shown in the attached image. The problem is there is no appplication listed for a path to be defined. How can i fix this error?

You need to set the application name etc. to your version of 3D Studio Max, and then set the path to the location of the application.
