Checkout problem: Payer is not identified.

I'm trying to buy War Dog for Genesis via Paypal, but make the payment au get the message: Payer is not identified.
The checkout is not complete, it restarts.
:(

    Are you sure you are logged in in the store?

    I had this problem the other day. Previously, I had never had a problem, and even made a payment the day before.


    It worked when I switched browsers, from Firefox to Chrome. I had tried to clear my cache, but I don't think it really cleared. Obviously, when I switched browsers, there was no cache holdover.


    The next time I made a payment via Paypal with Firefox, it worked fine.


    So: Try to clear the cache, cookies, etc. If that doesn't work, try a different browser.
