Hi there!
I double checked with a few people to confirm there is no cutout opacity or transparency for the PBRSkin shader as it's meant for actual skin. If you want to apply transparency/alpha/opacity you'll need to use the Iray Uber shader system

Then I will use LIE in order to merge the layers and apply a mask to the maps on the top.
Geoshell can't be used with this shader when there is transparency.
