Hello,
I have sent a request for help through the Help Center. It's been three days, but I have not yet been answered. I tried to install the model
that I have bought in every way, but I could not. Have you read my request?
The model is IM00017982-01_YuleCottage
The request code is # 177744
I'm a Mac user (10.9.5)

    No one on the forums can help as regards your ticket. However can you expalin what problems you are having with the installation.

    There may well be someone who can troubleshoot that for you.

    You should be able to unpack it. I don't know if Macs need some conversion for those DIM zips. I suppose there is a separate Mac version, right?

    Thank you for your reply.
    I did it and now I've got 2 folders. The Scene folder contains a Carrara file and the tex, bur Carrara doesn't open it. In the other fodder there is just a Carrara file of a simple little tree brunch.

    Yule Cottage is for Carrara, are you using Carrara?
