Database missing "Product" files?

So this is a weird one, Products that I have purchased through the Daz store, and in theory should show up just fine in the "Product" top level tab area (see pic attached) are not always showing up. Even ones that I have used in the past and then later go back to check on them, then poof! They are not there anymore and show up with a "none" in the number of files.
Now the files still appear in the "Default" area, but I am not able to access them through the "Product" area. Does that make sense?
This recently occurred with "Odd Wear", which I uninstalled, deleted the installer and reinstalled and it showed up fine.
Is there some reason that this is happening? Do I have a setting problem?

    That sounds like database corruption. Are you using the original (Valentina) CMS, or did you upgrade to PostgreSQL CMS?

    PostSQL CMS I believe.
    So export user data and reset database?

    Yes, it may be that the Valentina database was already corrupt when you converted.
