Creating fluid effect and then sending it to DAZ Studio?

Can I take, for example, a terrain piece with a river bed in my DAZ content library, send it to Maya, run a dynamic fluid simulation in the river bed, and then somehow get that animated fluid simulation back into DAZ Studio so that I can use it in an animation in DAZ Studio?
Is this even possible or is that just a bridge too far?
