RENDERING TAB--ENVIRONMENT missing now.

I don't have much experience with rendering, really just playing around and learning. While working through an older tutorial which covers some items related to Rendering, I realized that in the RENDER SETTINGS and EDITOR, I don't see my ENVIRONMENT item showing anymore. I do remember having this before eventhough I haven't done a lot of Rendering.
I believe I have the latest version of DAZ. Was this removed in this version or do I have a problem with my install in some way. I tried to put in a screen shot of my system but hopefully you know what I am talking about.

It (and the Tone mapping section) are hidden until you add an Environment Settings node (Create>New Environment Settings, or do a render)
or simply change viewport mode to nvidia preview
