Sneak Animation

I did a quick animation of the sneak pose from blondie9999 Aiko Ninja Poses for Aiko 6. It's a one second walk cycle and I'm looking for some feed back on it.
Each step is 12 frames long with a key frame every 4 frames. Dose the speed look right? Dose the stride look ok?

    I must say its not bad for something you keyframed yourself
    I could not do better
    that said
    arm movement and head is what is lacking
    a slight shift in weight on each arm with each stride needed and some compensating head movement

    I was unsure about the movement I should give her arms, so I add knives as excuses to have them still. I'll have to add some motion to her head.
