Note that once the prop was morphed to satisfaction,

i did use mcjBoxUV http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/36930/

to re-lay the UV map and obtain such an un-stretched result

i applied the free bump map .... mcjNeoprene1k http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/46444/

and tiled it 40x20


( actually i had to use bizarre bump map values to invert the bumps : min=0.02 max=0 )

    Fig 1 - the 4 main Corners / AwayX and Corners/AwayZ morph-groups

    Fig 4 oops actually there were 5 slider-tweak if you add the PipeSharp and PlateSharp morph-groupings

    4 sides : left, back, right, front

    2 morphs : AwayX, AwayZ

    Top and Bot

    Plate and Pipe(Hole)

    so, 32 channels

    ===========

    still have to do:

    - reassign a materials a tad better
    - re-UV?
    - rename materials
    - rename morphs that use "pipe" with "hole"
    - create google site
    - package
    - publish

    ...under an hour left :)

    Figure 2 ... yep it can also be a thick or thin, sharp or blunt-edged pipe !

    Figure 3 ... and even a squary pipe with round or sharp corners

    Figure 5 - the "Expanders" morph-groupings actually marshal up to 24 morphs at once
    ( 8 corners , the Radius, AwayX and AwayZ morphs )
    the result is what you'd expect a "radius" morph to do

    so that's the basic mcjPlaneOneHole

    32 sides, 8-steps-edges give it a smooth appearance even when seen up close
    1152 facets ( ( 4 x 8 + 4 ) x 32 )

    since i use automated tools to build morphs and morph-groupings

    i should be able to include a few other versions !

    say

    32x4, 32x2, 16x8, 16x4, 16x2,

    so if your scene uses 100 mcjPlaneOnePipe as simple small washers
    you'll be able to keep the polycount at 19200 instead of 115200

    impending update

    the "Sharp" morphs are apparently not functioning correctly


    though it has interesting side effects

    ( the tub shape is the upcoming mcjGear prop a toothless gear in this case )

    The "Sharp" morphs have been corrected

    ( the maths for sharpening an external edge and sharpening a hole edge are different and i somehow inverted them )
