Licensing needed for this??

Hey, I remember a while back we had to buy a game developer license to use 3d models in games. I still notice some "interactive licenses" on daz products. If a daz product is set up for import to Unity and doesn't include a link to an interactive license, then does that just mean we're free to use it in commercial Unity games?? I feel like I'm missing something.
No mention of this in the FAQ or documentation as far as I can see.

Hello folks. I hope this discussion can lead me to an answer. I read what you all wrote so far and what still confuses me is this line from DAZ website says this:
What creates confusion is that line I set in bold... what I understand from that line is that if I use the content in an game engine like CryEngine, which doesn't actually distribuite the games, I do not need the Interaxtive License... but if I use the same content developing the game with UnReal Engine and distribuite the game in their Epic Store I do need the Interactive License instead.
Have I understoo well or not?
Cheers!
That means, you can create the game for yourself and use it, but you are not allowed to distribute such game in any way.
DAZ does not restrict you from using the content in other software. You are NOT locked in to only using DAZ|Studio or Poser or Carrara. The restriction pertains to DISTRIBUTION, making the content available to people OTHER THAN YOURSELF.
