FBX Export - Skeleton Shifted on Y and Z axis

Hi all
Sometimes (probably when scale inside daz is used, but i am not entirely sure) the exported fbx has a strange "shifted skeleton" behavior, it appears on Y and Z axis (see images)
Weights are ok, and other softwares recognize skeleton and geometry without shifting, so it appears to be some maya misinterpretation.
I mean, everything works, but this is pretty annoying as unbind and rebind copying weights is pretty difficult (since the new mesh will be shifted weights will be inherited, but with misalignment, especially on different poses)
I decided to write because it is not the first time that this happens, and it is happened since genesis 4/7 in my opinion
