Oreint Express Project - Request for Ideas and Feedback

Dear Daz People,

I am beginning  a big project to take Daz Art into the real world. I inherited a restaurant called Paris Restaurant (my husband named it after me, but I wasn't invovled in it's creation). It's in a historic building (by American Standards) in downtown Anacortes, Washington, USA. The long nature of the dining room lead me to think of the Orient express. The dining room is a long column of seating. Not the way I would have done it, but let's embrace the train car layout.

My plan is to render the scenes out the window of the Orient Express and then accesorize with actual train fixtures. I imagine that this plan is frought with challenges, but I like a challenge. The cielings are 25 feet tall atleast, so the canvases will be huge. I am thinking that I will do a series going from the front to the back of different vistas from the windows of the orient express.
